This customer’s laptop would not longer boot due to a bad motherboard.
Due to the laptop’s age they opted to invest in a new more modern laptop.
We setup the new laptop and transferred all their data to the new laptop. We even put their old hard drive into an external case so it could be used to backup the new laptop via USB!
